The better half of our name, Yoga, is an essential part of our vision for creating a healthier and happier life for our customers. With small intimate classes and private yoga sessions, our studio is a safe place to practice and meditate. For many, yoga and meditation are an essential part of a holistic lifestyle in alternative medicine. The health benefits of Yoga are numerous, making it a great compliment to our massage offerings. Classes are typically 50 minutes to one full hour. Join one of our group sessions or schedule a private session through our easy online scheduler.

I highly recommend Tyler's yoga classes. Not only are they well thought out and fluid, but it is obvious he genuinely cares about making his students feel comfortable whether they are a novice or pro. I am relatively new to yoga, so I appreciate Tyler's attention to detail and small class sizes. It's great having a gem like Monroe massage and yoga in my town!
